China, announce that a joint venture agreement has been signed for the
high-performance organic pigments in China.
The new joint venture is based on the increased demand
for high-performance organic
pigments both in China and the rest of the world. Division Pigments &
Additives has a
long standing cooperation with Hangzhou Baihe Chemicals Co. Ltd. The new
production site will be located in Hangzhou, southwest of Shanghai. The
organic pigments produced by the joint venture will be marketed
exclusively through the Clariant sales distribution network.
