Valtris Special Chemicals announces it has licensed a key technology in an exclusive arrangement to Transfar Huayang, China.
The agreement will allow Transfar Huayang access to technology, resulting in manufacturing and selling phenol-free over-based barium stabilizers by Transfar Huayang in Asia.
Looking Further to Bring New Solutions to Market
This is a first step to establishing a key relationship between Transfar Huayang and Valtris Specialty Chemicals. Transfar Huayang will become a production partner for selected products for Valtris for the Asia market.

At the signing ceremony, Robert Parker, vice president of global operational marketing at Valtris said, “
