Glass fiber roving. It is compatible with epoxide resin. It consists of continuous filaments bonded into a single strand. It is corrosion-, hydrolysis- and thermal resistant and imparts high fatigue performances to composites parts. It leads to superior interfiber and interlaminar shear strengths as well as dynamic performances. It is perfectly suited for the production of high modulus non crimped glass fabrics and prepregs. It is approved by Germanischer Lloyd for the use in wind turbine rotor blades.
