POLYBATCH® ASPS 66 S

POLYBATCH® ASPS 66 S by LyondellBasell is an antistatic masterbatch for transparent films and sheets based on crystal PS (GPPS) and styrene-butadiene co-polymers (SBC). It has a variety of applications for SBC based thin films such as shrink- & labeling films, candy wrap twist, overwrap- & decoration film etc. It is also applicable for GPPS/(H)IPS sheets for thermoforming. It should be combined with anti-blocking masterbatches which helps in regulating the slip and anti-static properties of films as well as avoid blocking during wind-up. POLYBATCH® ASPS 66 S is approved for food packaging according FDA and European legislations. If any standard antistatic masterbatch cause objectionable optical defects in terms of haze and transparency then, it should be selected.
