POLYBATCH® HPN 1414

POLYBATCH® HPN 1414 by LyondellBasell is a nucleating masterbatch. It provides optimum dispersion and distribution. It efficiently increases the rate of crystallization by increasing the peak crystallization temperature to yield finished articles with excellent mechanical properties at reduced molding cycle times. It increases isotropic shrinkage, gloss, flexural modulus and heat minimizing contribution to haze. It allows for reduced part warpage and improved quality. It is compatible with PP. It is used in injection molding applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 2 to 3%. POLYBATCH® HPN 1414 is FDA recognized.
