POLYBATCH® NA 10944

POLYBATCH® NA 10944 by LyondellBasell is a nucleating/clarifying masterbatch based in homopolymer polypropylene. It efficiently increases the rate of crystallization to yield finished articles with excellent mechanical and optical properties. It also increases transparency, gloss, flexural modulus, heat deflection temperature, high thermal stability and has no cast chill-roll plate out. It can also improve injection molding cycle times. POLYBATCH® NA 10944 is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer. It is used in calendering, cast film and sheet extrusion applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 2-3%. It can be used for food packaging applications according to FDA and BgVV at max 2.5% addition level.
