ADD-VANCE® FR 886 (formerly: ADD-FR 886)

77% filled PP based brominated flame-retardant masterbatch. It contains antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) as a synergist and has no environmental impact. ADD-VANCE® FR 886 operates in the gas phase to interrupt the propagation chain necessary for flame initiation and continuation. It is highly cost effective and offers good flow properties as well as low dosing rates. Used in molding or extruded parts of PP, HDPE or TPO. Can also be used in film applications due to the small particle size. Recommended dosing level is around 5-8%.
