ROYALTUF® 498 impact modifier

ROYALTUF® 498 impact modifier by SI Group is a chemically modified EPDM. It is an amorphous backbone imparting highest impact properties in polyamides at temperatures down to -40°C. It provides super-tough polyamide properties when used at 20% loading. This rubbery modifier provides improved impact resistance at room temperature. ROYALTUF® 498 impact modifier offers high maleic anhydride content. It increases impact resistance in nylon 6, nylon 6,6, other polyamides and recycled polyamide materials.
