AKPEROX A6R by AKPA Kimya is general purpose, phthalate-free, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. It is recommended for curing of unsaturated polyester (UP) resin at room & high temperature in existence of cobalt accelerator. It can be used in hand lay-up & spray-up, polymer concrete & marble and filament winding and resin transfer molding (RTM). It is suitable for production of composite materials which are directly in contact with human body such as buttons & water tanks. It is designed for use in vinyl ester resin, continuous laminating & pultrusion. The shelf life of AKPEROX A6R is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830.
