Akroform® CLD-80/EPR/P

Akroform® CLD-80/EPR/P by Akrochem is 1,1-dithiobis [hexahydro-2h-azepin-2-one]-based rubber chemical. It is excellent in scorch safety and broad curing plateau. It is a masterbatch containing EPR as a binder. It shows favorable compression set and a high degree of heat aging resistance in synthetic and natural rubbers. It is recommended for uses where the non-blooming or non-staining sulfur donor is required and does not produce nitrosamine. In Akroform® CLD-80/EPR/P, acceleration by thiazoles, sulfenamides and thiurams is suggested. It follows quick vulcanization when full curing temperature is obtained. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality.
