Akroform® NDBC-75/EPR/P

Akroform® NDBC-75/EPR/P by Akrochem is a 75% dispersion of nickel bis-(di-butyl di-thiocarbamate) in EPR polymeric binder. It improves the weathering characteristics of nitrile, EPDM and polychloroprene. It acts as a heat stabilizer for chloro-sulfonated polyethylene in the cable industry and epichlorohydrin rubbers. It also used as anti-ozonant in ECO rubbers. It may take non-black compounds on a greenish cast due to NBC natural color. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Recommended level of Akroform® NDBC-75/EPR/P in applications except ECO is 2 phr- and with ECO is 0.5-0.8 phr of active material.
