Armostat® 1800

Armostat® 1800 by Nouryon is an internal antistatic additive. It is a semi-permanent, vegetable-based alternative to Armostat® 600. It is used in various polymers such as PE, LLDPE, PP, SAN and ABS. It possesses saturated alkyl chain and excellent thermal stability. It is suitable for higher processing temperatures. When heated at 60-65°C, it can be dosed as a liquid directly into the polymer by using a single or twin-screw extruder. It is also a dispersion aid to the pigment color concentrate. The shelf life of Armostat® 1800 is 12 months.
