Armostat® 600

Armostat® 600 by Nouryon is a long-lasting, animal-based internal anti-static agent for BOPP and PP applications. It also acts as a dispersion aid to the pigment color concentrate. This tallow based saturated alkylbis(2-hydroxyethyl) amine gives sustained antistatic action and shows excellent thermal stability due to its saturated alkyl chain. It can be dosed as a liquid directly into the polymer by using a single or twin-screw extruder. It is especially suitable for applications needing higher processing temperatures. Armostat® 600 is compatible with PE, LLDPE, PP, SAN and ABS. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
