HLN35-3

HLN35-3 by Anqing Hualan Technology is a modifier developed for PVC and other polymer materials. It is powdered nitrile rubber with low Mooney viscosity, micro cross-linking and medium acrylonitrile content prepared by medium temperature polymerization, unique coagulation and powder forming. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and calendering process.

• It forms an "island" structure when blended with PVC, which improves PVC flexibility.
• It improves wear-, oil-, electrical-, cold-, slip-, and aging resistance.
• It has melt viscosity stability, plasticizer durability, and excellent compatibility with PVC resin.
• It offers easy handling, high dispersibility, and particle refinement.
• HLN35-3 is recommended for wires, hoses, PVC products, powder coatings, shoe materials, cables, sealing strips, labor gloves, artificial leather, and conveyor belts.
