CNS Chopped Fiber

CNS Chopped Fiber by Applied NanoStructured Solutions is a unique multiwall carbon nanotube-based CNS infused glass fiber. It is a single-end glass roving product, such as E-CR glass. It is a cross-linked and highly entangled arrangement of carbon nanotubes on a base material. It has uniform dispersion, electrical and thermal conductivity, increased tensile strength, increased modulus and excellent flowability. It has polyurethane sizing type. Provides significant improvements to electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. Possesses multi-resin compatibility. It is designed for use as a reinforcement for PC, ABS, thermoset and thermoplastic resins. It is enhanced using a proprietary ANS process. Applications of CNS Chopped Fiber include consumer electronics, sporting goods automotive, aviation, construction, aerospace and defence. It is listed in TSCA.
