Luperox® 101 by Arkema is a crosslinking agent. It is also used as a polymer initiator which is useful in the viscosity modification of polypropylene. Used in the production of O-rings, medical articles, and XLPE pipes for drinking water.

It is a bifunctional, aliphatic peroxide providing highly energetic free radicals on decomposition.
Exhibits high scorch times and enables safe processing.
It is feasible for transparent and UV-stable articles.
Luperox® 101 provides favorable mechanical properties.
