Luperox® 101MO25 E

Luperox® 101MO25 E by Arkema is an initiator for the controlled rheology of polypropylene at temperatures between 190°C and 250°C. It is a 25% solution of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)-hexane in mineral oil. It can be processed by spraying or injection techniques. It is already diluted with hydrocarbon for injection technique, so it increases both safety and dosing accuracy. Luperox® 101MO25 E is more active, efficient and safer than di-tert-butyl peroxide. Typical usage level is 0.02wt% to 0.12wt%.
