Luperox® 231XL40 by Arkema is 1,1-di(t-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane crosslinking peroxide. It acts as a polymerization initiator, crosslinking and vulcanizing agent. It is a 40% active dispersion of Luperox® 231 polymer initiator on calcium carbonate.

Luperox® 231XL40 is compatible with fast-curing of engineered rubber products and elastomers using a variety of mixing technologies.
It is recommended for automotive & transportation, wire & cable, electronics & electrical, seals and gaskets applications.
