Luperox® DCP

Luperox® DCP by Arkema is dicumyl peroxide (DCP). Acts as a polymerization initiator, vulcanizing and crosslinking agent. It is compatible with thermoplastic elastomer vulcanizates, polypropylene and expandable polystyrene. Suitable for use as finisher and as synergist for fire retardant EPS applications. Luperox® DCP can be processed at temperatures up to 250°F (121°C) and can be cured at temperatures above 300°F (149°C). Recommended for general & renewable energy applications such as wire and cable.
