Luperox® K2 by Arkema is methyl isobutyl ketone peroxide. It acts as a curing agent for unsaturated polyester resins or vinyl ester resins at ambient temperatures in combination with amine or heavy metal promoters. It possesses short curing cycles at medium & high temperatures from 60°C to 120°C. It is recommended for manufacture of flat and corrugated sheets in continuous processes.
