MoldWiz® F-57L/NC

MoldWiz® F-57L/NC by Axel is a proprietary resin solution of polyolefins in combination with fluorotelomer in hydrocarbon solvents. It is a liquid external release agent.

Dries and forms a monomolecular film adhering to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the tearing of the film by the demolded part resulting in numerous demolding.
It does not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.
MoldWiz® F-57L/NC has a shelf life of a minimum of 1 year.
