MoldWiz® INT-33UDS Powder or Pellet (100% Active)

MoldWiz® INT-33UDS Powder or Pellet (100% Active) by Axel is proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty amides modified with surfactant. It acts as a processing aid and an antistatic agent. It is incorporated directly into the resin. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. Also eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. It is used in polycarbonate-clear, polycarbonate blends, glass-filled & pigmented grades. ALso used in high impact polystyrene, acetal, PSU and PPS. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating. Each component has been certified by our raw material suppliers as having direct USFDA approval for food contact. MoldWiz® INT-33UDS Powder or Pellet (100% Active) has a shelf life of minimum one year.
