MoldWiz® INT-PUL-12

MoldWiz® INT-PUL-12 is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters and amine combined with neutralizing agents. It acts as a processing aid with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. It is used for polyester, vinyl ester, MODAR, pultrusion, hot press molding and resin transfer molding. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating. It has a shelf life of minimum one year.
