MoldWiz® INT-22NR

Proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids and fatty glycerides combined with non-ionic emulsifier. It acts as a processing aid as well as an anti static agent. It is incorporated directly into the gel-coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Some molds (FRP molds for instance) may require an external release agent to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. Used in polyester gelcoat. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured gel-coat. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating. It has a shelf life of minimum one year.
