Proprietary complex mixture comprising fluorinated and non-fluorinated groups. It acts as a processing aid which is incorporated directly into the resin. Also acts as a dispersing agent, improving the dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements and fillers). It also improves resin flow/fill, shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines. It also improves the surface properties, decreases die build-up. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding and plating etc. It is used in processing of all polyolefins. Also used for other resins such as acrylics and rubbers where improved lubrication of the molded part, or reduced coefficient of friction is required. Its each component has been certified by our raw material suppliers as having USFDA approval for various contact applications. It has a shelf life of minimum one year.
