Baerolub W 94112 by Baerlocher is a high quality, lubricant blend, light colored pills or pastilles. Acts as a very good lubricant and a processing aid designed specifically for the extrusion of wood and other highly filled plastic composites. Available in pills or pastilles form (both free flowing forms by nature), depending on the blending or feeding requirements. Pilled form suited for blending and compounding with the resin, filler and other additive components. Owing to the physical attributes of the forms, it is supplied as a very low dust product with very good handling and feeding characteristics. Exhibits exceptional lubricity, reduced torque and melt pressure. Results in high throughput, low moisture absorption, and improved mechanical properties of the extruded part. Offers good quality consistent chemical and physical properties. Baerolub W 94112 is used for polyolefins mainly polyethylene and polypropylene.
