Butyl tin mercaptide. Acts as a heat stabilizer. It shows good initial color, color hold and dynamic heat stability. It has been developed for crystal clear and pigmented extrusion of rigid sheets and profiles as well as for calendering of flexible and rigid film and sheeting, injection molding of compounds based on VC/VA copolymers and stabilization of emulsion PVC and acetate- based co-polymers. Its recommended dosage is 1.5-2.5 phr.
