Ultrafine talc. Is a special HDPE & calcium carbonate based filler masterbatch with HDPE as binder resin. Acts as a nucleating agent. Also acts as an effective anti-blocking agent. Improves stiffness, ESCR of blow molding, anti-slip property, gloss in films, machine output, whiteness and printability. Provides excellent anti-fibrillations, better productivity, dimensional stability, less machine wear & tear, energy saving, less wastage and lowers total cost. Used for the production of blown films, HM HD liners, shopping bags, carry bags etc. Also recommended for injection and blow molding. Its recommended dosage rate is 10-25%.
