Plast Supreme

Plast Supreme by Bajaj Superpack acts as a filler. It is an ultra-fine coated CaCO₃/talc filled masterbatch. Is used with carrier resin & additives to impart flexibility with improved impact strength. Improves the mechanical properties. Enhances impact strength and tear resistance of the film. Reduces wear and tear of the extruder, and loading of pigment for opacity. Reduces raw material cost by increasing output and friction making film handling easier. Maintains uniform back-pressure, improves & maintains most properties of film, printability and barrier properties. Facilitates faster cooling of bubble in a blown film. Imparts bubble stability even at high rate of output. Provides thermal stability to processed material. Suppresses the gases and keeps working environment healthy. Plast Supreme is used for extrusion coating & sheet extrusion, blown film, carry bags, injection as well as for blow molding products to impart dimensional stability & to reduce cost.
