Irganox® E 201

Irganox® E 201 by BASF is vitamin E-based primary phenolic antioxidant. It is 3,4-dihydro-2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-(4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl)-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol. It provides excellent melt flow and color control during polymer processing. Offers optimal food shelf-life due to improved retention of polymer properties. It exhibits inherent low migration property and excellent extraction resistance. It has the potential to reduce total additive levels and possibly provides better taste and odor properties in the final package Irganox® E 201 is suitable for LLDPE, PUR and polyols. Designed for HDPE packaging film & blow molding LDPE and extrusion coating LLDPE packaging film polyol/PUR, food- and medical packaging applications.
