Irganox® PS 800 FL

Irganox® PS 800 FL by BASF is didodecyl 3,3'-thiodipropionate. It is a general purpose heat stabilizer in combination with a phenolic antioxidant. It provides long-term thermal stability. Offers highest compatibility and lowest melting point of common thiosynergists. Irganox® PS 800 FL is suitable for polyethylene power cables, XLPE power cables, HDPE pipe, polypropylene, polyolefin under-hood automotive applications as well as styrene homo- and copolymers. The recommended dosage level for polymers is 0.05-0.1% and for peroxide cross linked power cables is 0.02-0.03% in combination with 0.02-0.03% Irganox® 1035.
