Irgastab® NA 287

Irgastab® NA 287 by BASF is a high performance nucleating agent. Provides enhanced mechanical and optical properties, heat deflection temperature as well as high resistance to warpage of semicrystalline polymers. It raises crystallization temperature and provides higher molding productivity by allowing shorter cycle times. Irgastab® NA 287 has good compatibility in crystalline polymers, with no problem of blooming and is non-extractable. Suitable for polypropylene, PET, PBT and polyamides, applicable for a variety of applications such as household and packaging items. Its recommended dosage rate is 0.04 % and 0.3 %.
