BYK® -310

BYK®-310 by BYK is a silicone-containing surface additive for ambient curing plastic systems with a strong reduction in surface tension. This highly effective additive is thermostable up to 410 °F. It is a solution of polyester-modified polydimethylsiloxane. BYK®-310 is recommended for improving the substrate wetting of ambient-curing epoxy-based resin systems and critical substrates. The recommended level is 0.05-0.3 % additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It is in line with EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. It complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The shelf life of this product is 60 months.
