BYK® -333

BYK®-333 by BYK is a highly effective, silicone-containing surface additive for ambient curing plastic systems. This polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane provides strong reduction of surface tension, thereby improving the wetting of critical substrates. It is particularly recommended for improving the substrate wetting of polyurethane and epoxy-based systems. The recommended level is 0.05-0.3 % additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It is in line with EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. It complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The shelf life of BYK®-333 is 60 months.
