SCONA® TPPP 8112 GA

SCONA® TPPP 8112 GA by BYK is an adhesion promoter and coupling agent for natural fiber compounds in polypropylene. In TPE-S overmolding compounds, it improves adhesion on hard substrates (such as PC, PA, ABS). Due to the high grafting level, only part of the PP in the TPE compound must be replaced with the modifier. In PP natural fiber compounds, significantly improves mechanical properties and reduces water absorption. The recommended level is 0.8-3% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation. SCONA® TPPP 8112 GA is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, ENCS, PICCS, IECSC, AICS, NZIoC and ECSI. It is in line with Directive 2011/65/EU (EU RoHS 2), as amended by the Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 (EU RoHS 3), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. It complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, food plastics, Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 Olefin polymers and GB9685-2016, table A.1 Plastics. The shelf life of this product is 36 months.
