United® SRF

United® SRF by Cabot is a furnace black carbon. It possesses very low surface area, low structure and low DBPA and C-DBPA structure. It provides large aggregate size distribution. It offers easy mixing even at high black loading, low viscosity and low heat generation in processing. It exhibits high die swell and extrusion shrinkage, low modulus and tensile strength. It imparts high resilience, low compression set and high electrical resistivity. It shows reduced swelling and reduced permeability. It is used in tire compounding, carcass, tube and inner-liner compounds, gaskets, seals, windscreen wiper blades, engine mountings, hose linings and extruded articles.
