Atmer™ 100

Atmer™ 100 by Cargill is an anti-fogging additive in PE and EVA food wrap films. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it helps to lower the surface tension and subsequently reduces water droplets allowed to condense on the plastic. The water droplets then spread into a continuous, uniform layer on the fabricated film. It offers improved transparency of packaging, improved durability of contents and improved presentation of food contents, producing more appealing pack for consumers. It is suitable for polymers such as LDPE and LLDPE. Atmer™ 100 is FDA approved. The recommended addition levels are 0.5-4%. It has a shelf life of 730 days.
