IncroMax™ PS by Cargill acts as a processing aid and anti-scratch agent. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer, which reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion. It offers improved de-nesting and packing of preforms, mold release, scuff- & scratch resistance and surface quality enhancement. It provides improvements to output rate and reduction to temperature and extruder speeds in processing. IncroMax™ PS is suitable for use in PMMA and styrenics (clear/opaque HIPS & GPPS). Recommended for automotive plastics, film production and injection molding applications. It has a shelf life of 365 days.
