Naftosafe® 4774

Naftosafe® 4774 by Akdeniz Chemson is a Ca/Zn, Mg / Al / Zn-based heat stabilizer. Offers excellent early color, good color-hold and flowing properties. Mg / Al / Zn-based is recommended for injection molded plugs and PVC cables where as Ca/Zn-based is recommended for plasticized non-transparent injection molding and flexible extrusion. Naftosafe® 4774 dosage rate for plugs and PVC cables is 4.0-5.5 phr and for plasticized non-transparent injection molding and flexible extrusion is 3.0–5.5 phr.
