SILIKE® LYSI-402

SILIKE® LYSI-402 by ChengDU Silike Technology is a non-migratory, pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in EVA resin. It improves processing properties, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. It exhibits enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improved impact strength, good stability and improved surface smoothness. It offers gloss, enhanced silk texture, low coefficient of friction, improved anti-friction properties, scratch and abrasion resistance. Provides low extruder torque, mold filling, mold release, reduced equipment wear and product defect rate. Designed for processing by molding. SILIKE® LYSI-402 is used in LDPE/ATH.EVA/ATH halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable materials, EVA film and other thermoplastics applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 - 2% to improve the product’s processing, liquidity and mold release and 1% to 5% to improve the surface properties.
