SILIKE® LYSI-406

SILIKE® LYSI-406 by ChengDU Silike Technology improves surface quality and processing properties. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer. It offers good flowability, and mar-, scratch- & abrasion resistance. It provides reduced extrusion die drool, product defect rate, low extruder torque and coefficient of friction. It shows faster throughput, enhanced stability and better molding filling and release. It designed for the classical melt lending processes like single twin/screw extruders and injection molding. SILIKE® LYSI-406 is used as an efficient additive for PP compatible resin system. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0% by weight.
