Chiguard® 1064 by Chitec Technology is hydroxyphenyl triazine-based UV light absorber. It has a low melting point, making it suitable for polyolefin materials that require extra long-term weather resistance.

It exhibits low volatility, high performance and high compatibility with a variety of polymers.
It offers high thermal stability, extended UV absorption and superior protection against extreme processing conditions.
It is used in carpets and automotive fibers.
Chiguard® 1064 is suitable for polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) applications.
