CESA™ stat 3102

CESA™ stat 3102 by Avient is an antistatic agent masterbatch containing the effective substance in LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, PP carriers. It is easier to disperse uniformly than antistatic agents in liquid or paste form. The active ingredients of CESA™ stat 3102 masterbatch can also be combined with other additives and pigments in a single easy-to-use masterbatch. It reduces the surface resistivity, helps to avoid damage due to sudden discharge of static current, sheet and film to cling and stacked products to stick together and also improves processibility and mold release. It is highly recommended for extrusion as well as injection and blow molding and also recommended for injection molding & film extrusion. It is used in food-, cosmetics- and electronics packaging. The dosage rate is 0.2-1.0%.
