CESA™ stat 3104

CESA™ stat 3104 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an antistatic agent masterbatch containing the effective substance in LDPE and HDPE carriers. It is easier to disperse uniformly than antistatic agents in liquid or paste form. The active ingredients of CESA™ stat 3104 masterbatch can also be combined with other additives and pigments in a single easy-to-use masterbatch. It reduces the surface resistivity, helps to avoid damage due to sudden discharge of static current, sheet and film to cling and stacked products to stick together and also improves processibility and mold release. These qualities maintain good product appearance. It is highly recommended for film extrusion and also recommended for injection and blow molding, film extrusion. It is used in food-, cosmetics- and electronics packaging. The dosage level of the grade is 1.5-5.0 %.
