CESA™ stat 3301

CESA™ stat 3301 by Avient is an antistatic agent masterbatch containing the effective substance in PS and ABS carriers. It is easier to disperse uniformly than antistatic agents in liquid or paste form. The active ingredients of CESA™ stat 3301 can also be combined with other additives and pigments in a single easy-to-use masterbatch. It reduces the surface resistivity, helps to avoid damage due to sudden discharge of static current, sheet and film to cling and stacked products to stick together and also improves processibility and mold release. These qualities maintain good product appearance. It is highly recommended for injection molding and extrusion. It is used in food-, cosmetics- and electronics packaging. The dosage level of the grade is 4.0-6.0 %.
