Atmer™ 129 NV

Atmer™ 129 NV by Cargill is a non-vegetable-based, short term migratory anti-static additive. It is also used as a process aid in expanded PE giving uniform cell size distribution. Also, offers mold release and process lubrication. It is used in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and flexible polyvinylchloride (PVC). It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it interacts with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge. It improves demolding and reduces dust contamination & handling problems. It is compatible with acrylic/vinylic/UV systems. It is used in automotive plastics, caps & closures and injection molding applications. Atmer™ 129 NV has synergistic benefits with Atmer™ 262. It has a shelf life of 365 days.
