Optislip™ VRX (Powder)

Optislip™ VRX (Powder) by Cargill is a bio-based oleamide-based anti-blocking and slip agent in polyolefins. It exhibits good scuff resistance, high slip, mold- and torque release.

It offers improved oxidative stability, color, odor and shelf-life compared to other amides.
It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in melt phase thus migrates to the surface of polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer.
It reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
It is suitable for PVC, EVA, nylon and TPE applications.
The recommended usage level is 500-2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.
Optislip™ VRX (Powder) has a shelf life of 365 days.
