BP-3 by Dalian Richfortune Chemicals is a benzophenone type ultraviolet light absorber (UVA). It can absorb the UV light of 270-340 nm wavelength and does not absorb visible light, so it is particularly applicable to light-colored transparent products. BP-3 offers good resistance to light and heat, not decomposable under 200°C, applicable to various plastic products, particularly effective to PVC, PS, polyurethane, acrylic resin. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%.
