DEUREX® A 20

DEUREX A 20 is an ethylene-bis-stearamid wax. It provides excellent temperature-stability, glossy surface layer, easy migration, reduced adhesion and improved flow. It acts as a processing aid, internal lubricant and very good release agent for injection molding. It offers excellent transparency even at high dosages, low melt viscosity, anti-blocking, improved toughness, elasticity, impact strength and air classification process with particle size < 150 µm. DEUREX A 20 is recommended for plastic industry, window profiles, pipes, flooring, rigid sheets, packaging, plastisol applications and soft PVC applications such as films. It is approved by FDA 21 CFR §§ 176.170, 175.300, 177.2470, 177.2480, 175.105, 177.1200.
