Deuteron® LE 151

Tetraalkylammoniumethylsulphate solved in ethylene glycol (MEG). Acts as an antistatic agent for polyurethane compounds based on polyester and polyether. Is of high polarity and therefore noticeably reduces the electrical resistance of polyurethane foams even when using small quantities. Used in the shoe industry to produce soles. Dosage: The exact dosage depends on the formulation, the density of the foam and the required electrical resistance of the final product. An addition of 2,5 % calculated on the total composition will reduce the electrical resistance sufficiently in most applications.
